From The EARLY YEARS UP Until adulthood!
Early Years
| 3-7Age | Focus: Fundamental movement skills, basic coordination, fun, and enjoyment. The activities are non-competitive and focused on developing agility, balance, and coordination. |
Middle childhood
| 8-10Age | Focus: Continue building coordination, introduce basic athletics skills, and foster teamwork. We begin to teach basic form for different athletic disciplines. |
pre teens
| 11-13Age | Focus: We introduce sport-specific skills with proper technique, but maintain a balance between competition and enjoyment. We also ensure basic conditioning and technique is learned. |
Teens
| 13-18Age | Focus: Development of athletic performance and enhance technique in specific events. Build endurance, speed, strength, and introduce more structured training and competition. |
